How to make Uncle Fester Magic Light Bulb

I was inspired by TV show ''Adams Family'' where Uncle Fester light a bulb with his body,so I decide to make magic light bulb that lights when you want.
You will need basic skills of soldering some materials like Leds,resistor,reed switch and 23A 12 volt battery.
