Make Solar Fan Hat

Yep this is solar fan hat.You can now wear a solar powered hat with a small cooling fan and stay cool all day!  A small  solar cell is sewn into the visor of the hat which collects the suns' energy, converts it to electricity  that powers the small personal fan built into the front of the hat.This is a really cool solar idea; especially on the hottest, sunniest days when you must wear a hat to protect yourself from the solar rays.
