The chuck is made by me,the drill is actually a salon shaper for Manicure and Pedicure comes with 5pcs nail drills,I have buy this machine very cheap around 3$.
Its very handy because it works with 2 AA battery.

DIY Make Led Driver for Laser or Led Diode
Led driver made of two componets LM317 regulator and one resistor,value of resistor is calculated by formula R=1.25/current you get the resistance of resistor for example in video I use 1.5ohms 2resistor in parralel each one is 3 ohms.
